T-Party Edition: A Celebratory Practice

Never forget to celebrate! This series of flowing sequences will bring you back to your center and ignite the energy you want to radiate. They emphasize hugging in to your body’s centerline and focusing on your breath. Throughout, you’ll also activate your core and shed stress with heat-building poses, twists, and deep hip openers. This class will be held Saturday morning on the Jewel Terrace from 8:30-9:30am. If you do not have a yoga mat, please let me know that you would like to reserve one of the 10 mats provided.
