Practice staying open, no matter what.

I am an energetic optimist, a fun-loving adventurer, and a passionate yoga student and teacher committed to discovering and sharing life's sweetest moments.

I am convinced that yoga chose me. Shortly after competing in the USA Triathlon National Championships, I sustained a knee injury that ended my racing career and prohibited me from any high-impact sports or exercise. I took up yoga as a last resort, fully expecting it to be "too easy." This makes me smile today.

Since then, I have spent 5 years tirelessly exploring and falling in love with yoga: practicing religiously, volunteering at my local studio, traveling to Bali to complete a life-changing teacher training, and beginning my own teaching journey. I am deeply grateful for the invaluable lessons yoga has taught me so far: the sense of calm found in slowing down, appreciating the present moment, and listening to and connecting with my mind and body.

I enjoy teaching community, corporate, and private classes and, especially, charity events. I am forever exploring and creating my style as a teacher, but most of my classes are all levels Vinyasa inspired by my own Baptiste practice.

I graduated from Northeastern with a degree in business management and concentrations in entrepreneurship and psychology. From 9-5, I am energized by my career in business consulting, which, like all aspects of my life, is  enriched by my yoga teaching and my own practice.
